Booking guide and conditions...

The information in this site is valid from July 1st, 2001 unless otherwise stated and excluding special Christmas and New Years Eve cruises.  All cruises are subject to availability.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of charter/cruise free and receipt of Odyssey's cruise booking form which has been completed and signed on behalf of the group or as an individual passenger, whichever applies.

Final payment of the charter/cruise fare must be made at least 30 days before departure, or bookings will be cancelled automatically.

Reservations made less than 30 days before departure are confirmed upon receipt of the total charter/cruise fare and signed cruise booking form.

All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of 10% or charter.  Cancellation requests must be made in writing, preferably by registered mail or fax.

Cancellations received within 30 days of departure are subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:

Within 15-29 days - 50% of fare
14 days or less - 100% of fare

Cancellation fees, less the administration fee, may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

It is strongly recommended that passengers take out cancellation and travel insurance from the time of deposit.

All fares are in Australian dollars and including your cabin accommodation, all meals on board, full use of Odyssey'' facilities.  Personal purchases of any kind, including drinks, wines, liqueurs, and any optional shore excursions are your responsibility.

For your comfort it may be necessary to amend itineraries or arrangements due to weather or other operational needs.  Odyssey reserves the right to vary fares, cabin allocation, itineraries, schedules and conditions of cruise without notice.

Whilst all care is taken, no responsibility/liability whatsoever is borne or accepted by Odyssey Houseboats for any other operator that is included, for any reason, as part of a package holiday, conference or meeting related to your cruise with Odyssey.  The passenger agrees that any independent contractors with whom Odyssey so contracts provide their services subject to their usual terms and conditions.
